Bold and beautiful this Spring and Summer?

SPRING/SUMMER 2022/2023 FASHION TRENDS

We are going to see many trends this coming season; for some of them, you can actually shop your closet. I will show you how I can do this without buying a single new item.

Colour Trends:

• Jewel-colours like Citrine Yellow, Emerald Green, Sapphire blue, Amethyst Purple, Tourmaline Pink as well as different shades thereof, provide a colourful palette to wear.

• Pastel shades / Ice cream colours like Buttery Yellow, Marshmallow Pink, Sky Blue and the Softest Green are great choices for those who prefer to make less of a statement.

• White, of course!

• Cut-outs, pleated skirts are still going strong and floaty dresses.

• Wide-legged Pants, Ditsy- and Retro Prints.

• Tailoring: Beautiful pastel-coloured Pantsuits, Oversized Jackets and Denim.

• Accessories: Bags: Colourful bags, either mini sized or oversized totes.

• Chunky Platform Shoes, Clogs, High heels, (chunky or stiletto), kitten heels, Mary Janes and Metallic.

• Wide belts to go with every outfit, over floaty summer dresses, skirts and evenover those oversized jackets.

• Bold gold chain necklaces and earrings, chain belts, pearl accessories and artsy, big earrings.

Some of these trends are truly wearable, you can tone it down (like I will), or go bold. Why not? Some trends, like that wide belt, will definitely not work on a hot day where you want everything loose and flowy. The stilettos and chunky shoes will also not interest me and I will show you the biggest I will go with my tote bag.

Fashion trends are there to enjoy or just marvel at, take your pick.
